Job Description: Job Specifications The role will be responsible to cover the following scope for all Head Office/ Upstream MY business unit : 1. System & User Support : Serve as the first point of contact for Workday-related issues, inquiries, and service requests. Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, and process-related problems, providing timely resolution or escalation. Guide end-users on Workday processes & transactions. Manage Workday business process actions including corrections, rescinds, cancel, reassignments, and other administrative adjustments as needed. Support user account maintenance including MFA resets and troubleshooting login/access issues. 2. Data Management & EIB Support : Perform mass data uploads or corrections via Workday EIB templates under the direction of the HRIS team. Identify, highlight & escalate data inconsistencies or errors through systematic data cleanup activities. Support the HR team in driving correction of inaccurate or incomplete records. 3. Reporting & Analysis : Support in running existing standard and custom Workday reports, including supporting ad-hoc data requests required by HR team. Collaborate with the HRIS team to highlight gaps in reporting needs and request enhancements when necessary. Coordinate report scheduling & dashboard request from HR team with the NADI HRIS team 4. Change Requests, Enhancements & Release Support : Support & represent HR team in testing Workday change requests, enhancements, and release updates from an end-user perspective to ensure transactions, processes, and reports function as expected. Identify and escalate issues or unexpected results to the HRIS configuration team for resolution. Support communication of approved changes and enhancements to HR team and end-users (where required), ensuring clear understanding of impacts. Job Requirements 1+ years of experience in HR systems support, preferably with Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Expenses, Time and Attendance, Time Tracking, etc. Understanding of Workday navigation, transactions, and reporting. Experience troubleshooting issues and analyzing root causes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
