Validation Services Laboratory Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are both welcome.
• Ability to understand English documentation and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience supporting inspections by regulatory authorities such as MFDS, U.S. FDA, and EMA.

• Perform process setup and qualification activities.
• Manufacture cell therapy products.
• Prepare and review GMP documentation.
• Support technology transfer (Tech Transfer) and troubleshooting activities.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in establishing new manufacturing facilities and performing qualification activities.
• Experience in cell line culture, purification processes, and cell therapy product manufacturing.
