Develop and manage the master production schedule aligned with forecasts and customer demand
Ensure schedule feasibility considering capacity, materials, and lead times
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Sales
Analyze capacity constraints and drive solutions for bottlenecks
Monitor inventory to meet service levels while minimizing excess
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence
Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
Lead and develop scheduling team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
Manufacturing industry experience required
5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling
1+ years of management experience required
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expected Base Salary Range : $85,000- $110,000
