Manage and grow strategic European retail accounts, building long-term partnerships and driving profitable growth
Identify and win new business opportunities across key European markets, developing and converting a strong sales pipeline
Lead international tenders, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts with major retail customers
Drive private label and innovation projects from concept to successful market launch
Act as commercial project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations)
Monitor market trends, competitors, and category developments to identify growth and innovation opportunities
Deliver accurate forecasts, manage budgets, and develop strategic account and growth plans
Your profile:
5+ years of international B2B sales experience in FMCG / food industry
Proven track record managing European retail accounts
Strong success in business development and acquiring new customers
Experience with private label and tenders is a strong plus
Strong hunter mentality paired with strategic thinking
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Highly results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority
Fluent English required; German and/or French are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (~40-50%
