Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and daily accounting activities.
  • Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Review sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and customer purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accounting records are well organised and updated.
  • Monitor ageing reports, sales reports, and purchase reports.
  • Assist with journal entries, audit preparation, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on finance and account-related enquiries.
  • Support general administrative and office duties as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software systems.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible in handling tasks.
  • Willing to learn and contribute to process improvements.
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team environment.
