Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main contact for EAME customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide proactive updates and follow-ups on orders and deliveries
  • Order-to-Cash Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process in SAP, ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle required documentation (including customs and export)
  • Problem Solving & Performance Excellence
  • Identify and resolve order, delivery, and documentation issues
  • Ensure early detection and resolution of deviations to maintain OTIF performance
  • Manage VMI/consignment processes and related financial settlements
  • System & Process Optimization
  • Promote digital tools (e.g. customer portal) to improve efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Customer Issue Management
  • Manage and follow up on customer complaints and claims
  • Experience and Competencies:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in export operations, customer service, or international order processing; experience with non-EU and Arabic-speaking markets is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes and concepts such as Incoterms and various payment methods
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Flexibility to support diverse markets, with a focus on export activities across Africa, the Middle East, Ukraine, and other regions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy

Job Description : At Huntsman, we are looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service Representative to support B2B customers in line with our business and supply chain processes. In this role, you will take full ownership of Order-to-Cash performance while ensuring service level compliance. You will join our international EAME Customer Service team, managing daily customer interactions across order management, logistics coordination, and post-delivery support. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee the full sales order lifecycle - from order entry and coordination to delivery, invoicing, and follow-up, while developing your customer service and supply chain expertise in a dynamic environment.
