Coordinate and communicate with Supply Chain teams and internal production facilities to expedite Machine Down items escalated to the Critical Order Representative.
Manage Salesforce actions related to backorder resolution, including providing accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to customers and other action requests from Strategic and Key accounts.
Point of contact for Sales department regarding Strategic and Key accounts.
Collaborate with suppliers to address past-due purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Gather, analyze, and document relevant data for entry into Oracle (TMS) and other enterprise systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred.
1-3 years of Supply Chain environment preferred (Supply / Demand).
Background in order management and backorder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex order issues.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
