Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
• Execute diagnostic techniques and programming methods to provide proactive solutions and ensure system effectiveness.
• Perform specialized programming projects, adapting building control strategies to support sustainability and energy reduction goals.
• Communicate progress and coordinate with managers, coworkers, and customers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting building management systems.
• Strong knowledge of building performance optimization and sustainability initiatives through control strategies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers while providing expert advice and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management to support business processes and reporting.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
