Support industry relations and agent engagement
Collaborate on key growth opportunities to drive benefit usage and growth
Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Well-managed functions to deliver benefit programs
Ability to travel for business development meetings, including representation of the company at tradeshows and conferences as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 10 years of experience within partner management, account development, or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
At least 5 years of experience in a business development position working with a portfolio of global chains
Masters or MBA degree
7+ years of experience and a successfully proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
5+ years of experience in a business development leadership role in the hotel or travel industry
3+ years experience in management and leadership responsibility driving a business development or sales capacity with proven track record of success

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
