-Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer.
-Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and
tools.
-Proactively manage the CRM database.
Sales
-Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert..
-Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales
Operations
-Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
-Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
-Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines.
Requirements
-Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail setting.
-Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
-Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
-Comfort or willing to learn the technology instore, to support sales and customer experience.
