Japanese Speaking Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and production schedules of card game products.
• Liaise with Japanese business partners to manage development and production processes effectively.
• Translate and localize card game products from Japanese to English to ensure market suitability.
• Proofread and review localized content, including text and product designs, to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and events.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and translation.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in product coordination, localization, or related roles.
• Willingness to work on selected weekends or public holidays for company events.
• Knowledge or strong interest in games, card games, or anime-related content.
• Proficiency in English for supporting translation, localisation, and communication with English‑speaking stakeholders
• Willingness to travel overseas for business trips when required.
• Experience in playing trading card games (TCGs) is an added advantage.
