Job Address: 10123 Alliance Road, Suite 320 Blue Ash, OH 45242 Call Center- Telehealth Clinician RN PRN Positions Available This position will work every other weekend, 12-hour shifts. Weekend hours either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with alternating weekends per month (2 weekends per month). The Role Itself Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information. Actively communicates within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines, documenting interactions. Completes level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth. Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement. Communicates with utilization review Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards. Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality. Possesses a working knowledge of clinical regulations. Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations. Other duties as assigned
