  • Comfortable being in a kitchen environment, housed with equipment including an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, fryer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives. Also, frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, and noise.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 Plus Incentive Bonus based on Performance Location: 445 ALBEE SQUARE WEST , BROOKLYN, New York, 11201 Alamo Restaurant & Theater Managers assist the GM in running the day-to-day operations of our venues. They oversee all manner of operations including but not limited to teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, production, and most importantly supporting the team's & guest's experience. They are seasoned restaurant and theater managers with a deep passion for creating experiences and amazing environments in which their teams may thrive.
