Senior Compliance Investigator (m/f/d) (Ref.No. R1013016) at our location in Ditzingen You will enjoy having this responsibility: As Senior Compliance Investigator (m/f/d), you play a key role in strengthening integrity, transparency and trust across our global organization. You lead impactful investigations and actively contribute to a strong speak‑up culture in an international environment. It also involves the following tasks: You lead end‑to‑end compliance investigations - from intake through to conclusion and reporting Sensitive and complex cases are handled by you with integrity, discretion and sound judgement In close collaboration with international stakeholders, you ensure aligned and fair outcomes Evidence is analysed, interviews are conducted and clear, compelling investigation reports are created by you Together with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, you drive consistent and compliant resolutions You identify trends, strengthen preventive measures and actively support training, awareness and knowledge sharing within the team You have: A degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Audit or a related field forms your academic background Several years of experience in investigations, compliance, legal or audit, including managing complex, cross‑border cases You navigate multiple priorities confidently, even in a fast‑moving and dynamic environment Strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to understand complex interdependencies and the bigger picture Clear and confident communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures A high level of integrity as well as sound judgement when dealing with sensitive topics Business fluent English and German; additional language skills in Spanish or Italian are a strong advantage Our Talent Acquisition Team is ooking forward to hearing from you +49 1525 9101 539 Ioanna Sapountzi We look forward to receiving your application in just a few clicks via our career portal.
