Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership
- Lead and oversee all engineering activities for residential and condominium developments from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and project handover.

- Support project teams in resolving site issues, design discrepancies, construction challenges, and technical risks.
- Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, contracts, and construction teams to optimize project performance.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across project teams.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in technical meetings, authority submissions, inspections, and project coordination activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers, project engineers, and technical personnel.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives within the engineering function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in residential, condominium, or mixed-use property development projects.
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential and condominium developments from design through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, regulatory requirements, quality management, and contract administration.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in a developer or construction environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BIM, value engineering, and modern construction technologies will be an advantage.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
