About the role

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join us as an Elite & Premium Expert and contribute to something remarkable. Your contribution to something big: To conduct periodic visits to Concept (Elite & Premium) dealers within the area of responsibility. To identify new potential concept dealers and onboard them into the system in line with regional needs and company strategies Monitor and analyze the commissioning (start-up) performance of concept dealers within the area of responsibility and take necessary actions to improve performance Ensure concept dealers within the area of responsibility operate in line with defined concept criteria and contractual requirements, maintaining consistent standards Support concept dealers within the area of responsibility on technical, sales-related, and similar topics, contributing to their development Conduct field competitor analysis and define market dynamics within the area of responsibility Bachelor's degree holder Located in İzmir Minimum 2 years working experience Able to work actively in a team Have a driving license and open for travel Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-discipline, adaptable to mobile working model Self-motivated Ability to use of English is an asset Good use of MS office programs
