Working in a blended model (office, home, and site/customer visits) and based in either Dublin or Wexford, you will take ownership of the full tendering lifecycle. This will include reviewing customer requirements, carrying out technical assessments (including pump selection and sizing), building accurate costings, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to develop high-quality proposals. As demand continues to grow and with evolving customer needs, this role is critical in supporting business expansion, securing new opportunities, and ensuring we maintain a strong technical and commercial offering across Ireland. Key Duties Take ownership of the end-to-end tendering process for service and equipment opportunities Review client specifications and translate requirements into practical, engineered solutions Carry out pump selection, sizing, and technical evaluations to ensure optimal performance and compliance Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Liaise with internal engineering, service teams, and external suppliers to build robust submissions Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support pre‑tender discussions where needed Analyse cost structures, risks, and margins to support sustainable business growth Maintain and improve tendering processes, tools, and technical documentation Support knowledge sharing across engineering, service, and commercial teams
