You will act as a trusted partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders , delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making. This role plays a key part in strengthening procurement maturity and enabling Maersk's ambitious transformation agenda. ๐ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global category strategies for People Services aligned with business priorities Lead end-to-end sourcing activities , including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiations Analyze spend and supplier data to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs Own key commercial elements, including pricing, contracts, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) , including governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement Lead cross-functional procurement projects and initiatives Ensure procurement best practices and process improvements are implemented Act as a point of contact for day-to-day category-related queries ๐ค Who We're Looking For Core Profile Develop and execute global category strategies for the People Services category both also be involved in other categories within the indirect space aligned with business priorities Lead end-to-end sourcing activities , including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiations Analyze spend and supplier data to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs Own key commercial elements, including pricing, contracts, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) , including governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement Lead cross-functional procurement projects and initiatives Ensure procurement best practices and process improvements are implemented Act as a point of contact for day-to-day category-related queries Drive the AI procurement transformation within area of responsibility ๐ค Who We're Looking For Core Profile Strong procurement and category management experience , ideally within professional services Proven ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations Solid understanding of commercials, contracts, and procurement governance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data Ability to operate across strategic, tactical, and operational levels Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field Experience developing and executing global category strategies Exposure to People Services categories (e.g., recruitment, HR services, consulting) is highly valued Experience using digital procurement tools and data analytics Key Competencies Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaborative team player with a global mindset ๐ Working at Maersk At Maersk, our five core values guide everything we do.
