Case Manager - Pediatric Behavioral Health - Columbia Our Pediatric Behavioral Health team is seeking a Case Manager to support our pediatric population. Serve as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing systems care coordination, targeted referrals and case management, and supportive engagement for pediatric patients and their families presenting with emergent mental health needs. Seeking candidates with strong patient engagement skills, efficient organizational skills, and investment in teamwork. Position is full time and bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
