Inside Transportation Specialist

Responsibilities

•  Serve as the primary transportation contact for assigned auction locations.
•  Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers and vendors.
•  Dispatch vehicle loads to meet proper arrival times and locations.
•  Coordinate with auction drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickups and deliveries.
•  Track vehicle movements and follow up with customers to confirm successful,
• on-time arrivals.
•  Identify and develop freight opportunities across the U.S to support transport
• growth and capability.
•  Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules and
• maximize fleet efficiency.

Requirements

•  Experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Effective communication and customer service abilities.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
