Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and follow direction
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn)
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Experience with Aspire Software is a plus
Valid driver's license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable transportation to and from the office
Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions
Excellent hand-eye coordination

Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.
Support training and development by learning new skills.
