Required:
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience; Master's Degree with 6 years' experience; PhD with 2 years' experience
Working knowledge of drug discovery and development process
Dedicated team player who can interface with stakeholders from a variety of internal IT disciplines (DBAs, architects, developers, etc.) and external customers (discovery scientists, therapeutic area scientists, pathologists, etc.)
Strong programming proficiency in Python (and possibly other modern languages) with a focus on software engineering best practices, modular code, and robust deployment pipelines and strong familiarity with data visualization and pipelining tools such as Spotfire, or equivalent
Experience with ML Ops, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and working with production environments (Docker, cloud platforms like AWS/Cloudera)
Ability to work independently, multitask, and work within timelines
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, including documenting and presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders: outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
A self-motivated learner and thinker with a hands-on approach who wants to harness the power of claude
Preferred:
Background in life sciences, biology, or equivalent, and demonstrated technical proficiency in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working with data from: clinical trials, Biomarkers, and omics data
Familiarity with frameworks for agent-based modeling or multi-agent systems (e.g., OpenAI GPTs, LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks)
Ability to architect and optimize agent workflows and design agentic processes to solve business or scientific challenges
Familiarity with modern data science and AI techniques, especially as they pertain to autonomous or semi-autonomous systems
