Own product line administration, including new product development support, new item creation in PLM systems, and global/regional line planning tools.
Lead data integrity maintenance, ensuring accuracy across all company tools and systems (presentation decks, BOMs, Product Development Tracking Sheets).
Responsible for the coordination of physical and digital assets required to communicate seasonal product lines, including prototypes, sales samples, product renders/images, and product collateral to assist both Stanley 1913 and key accounts.
Lead physical samples onsite and offsite. Ensure digital assets are accurate, tagged, and complete in systems (DAM).
Asset lead for Marketing/Creative results: requesting, tracking, preparing, and distributing samples (physical or digital) and documents to required teams/regions/accounts.
Initiate and coordinate product line inputs for Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercialization, including Color, Material, Finish (CMF) treatments, packaging, and product/lifestyle imagery.
Work with key account managers to understand and coordinate specific requirements of customer (shipping standards/packaging needs/label requirements).
Responsible for supporting CMF development pipeline by attending weekly meetings, leading projects, and handling timelines across functions - in partnership with Project Management.
Communicate needs, results, and progress across multiple teams and functions with an understanding of seasonal program timelines and Concept-to-Consumer process.
Support Product Managers with market & trend research, and supply ideas to bring the Stanley 1913 brand to life in exciting, diverse, and innovative ways.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in consumer goods sales, marketing, or product development.
Consistent record handling a wide range of tasks and results for yourself and others; high attention to detail and the ability to lead fluctuating needs on an account-by-account basis.
Comfort taking initiative and prioritizing tasks in a sometimes-ambiguous environment.
Effective written and verbal communication with various audiences and collaborators; able to anticipate needs and requests and adjust messaging accordingly.
Strong interest in learning about consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape.
Prior experience working directly with product management, product development, or design/creative teams is a plus.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Position Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager for the Stanley 1913 brand, you will play an important role in the operational execution of our seasonal product line for North America and global regions. You be the key contact within the Product Management team for product line information and will work cross-functionally to coordinate assets tied to product development, product presentations, and go-to-market plans. This is a dynamic and multi-layered role that will provide you with an introduction to the product lifecycle and the opportunity to learn from a highly capable team of Product Managers.
