12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions
5+ years of experience leading the development of complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background, including integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance

Prior consulting or systems integrator experience supporting enterprise clients
Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows to accelerate software delivery within Salesforce environments.

ICF's Digital Modernization Division is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Salesforce Practice Architect to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives for public sector and federal clients. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving scalable, platform-based Salesforce solutions that align to mission outcomes and long-term modernization goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce ecosystems and serves as a trusted advisor to both internal leaders and clients. This role combines hands-on solutioning with strategic engagement-supporting early-stage client conversations, shaping technical approaches, and leading solution design for high-priority opportunities. A strong emphasis is placed on capture and proposal support, where the architect will own technical solutioning for key bids, guide business development teams, and help expand ICF's Salesforce practice through innovative, compliant, and competitive solutions.
