Monitor and interpret changes in legal regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Support Legal Director to conduct regular legal risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
Policy Development and Implementation
Support Legal Director to develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and the Company standards.
Implement and enforce related legal policies across all departments.
Regulatory Reporting
Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
Ensure all regulatory reporting requirements are met and maintained
Legal documents translation
Translate contracts, agreements, and legal documents when required.
COSEC and filing
Support Legal Director to filing related materials for the BOD's meeting of the Company.
Others
Other administration tasks (including but not limited to the payment requests, sealing of the documents and other administration tasks) as assigned by Legal Director from time to time.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
Having a legal background in commercial or economic.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal practices
In-house experience is an advantage

Excellent writing and communication skill
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0 above or equivalent) and Vietnamese
