At Wolt, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Retail team - an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term strategic partnerships.
In this role, you'll own and develop a portfolio of some of our most important retail partners, driving sustainable growth, improving commercial performance, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll work proactively with data, identify strategic opportunities, and independently lead initiatives that create value for both our partners and Wolt.
This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role, where you'll combine relationship management, strategic thinking, and executional excellence to deliver strong business results.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Key Account Manager - Retail at Wolt
Own and develop a portfolio of key retail partners, with full commercial responsibility for partner growth and performance
Build strong long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to partners
Lead business reviews and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and improve key business metrics
Develop and execute joint business plans and commercial initiatives together with partners
Lead negotiations and strategic planning in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Support to deliver a best-in-class partner experience
Drive adoption and optimization of Wolt tools such as campaigns, promotions, Wolt ads, Storefront and Wolt Drive
Independently lead strategic initiatives and contribute to broader business goals
Partake in relevant industry events, either as a guest or potential speaker when applicable
Share knowledge and best practices while supporting more junior team members when relevant
Our humble expectations
5+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, sales, or another commercial partner-facing role in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience managing strategic or key accounts with clear commercial impact
Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong communication and presentation skills across different stakeholder levels
Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action
Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to prioritize opportunities and influence decision-making
Highly self-driven and structured, with strong ownership and prioritization skills
Confident leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies as part of daily work, using them to work smarter, automate routine tasks, uncover insights, and drive better outcomes for partners and the business
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to contribute beyond your own portfolio
Act as a role model to more junior team members
Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or marketplace businesses is a plus
