Responsibilities
- You'll be one of our early team members, building the scaffolding that supports our success. You will be helping us 3x in the next 3 months.
- Example projects
- Unlock geographies via new means of payments acceptance .
- Build new ops functions and processes from the ground up.
- Create systems to build leverage and improve decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-ownership roles at fast-growing startups.
- Strong analytical instincts - you're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and turning messy inputs into clear decisions.
- The ability to get shit done end-to-end . From understanding users → proposing an idea → implementation → iteration.
- Hunger to win. This is not going to be easy.
