Minimum 4-5 years of high-volume, craft cocktail bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Advanced knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, flavor balancing, and seasonal menu development
Proficient in house-made ingredients , including syrups, shrubs, infusions, and tinctures
Skilled in clarification techniques (e.g., milk clarification, agar clarification, centrifuge methods) to produce refined, consistent cocktails
Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to educate staff and guests
Experience with inventory management, ordering, and beverage cost control
Ability to create and maintain pars, prep lists, and standardized recipes for consistency and efficiency
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop bartenders and barbacks
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards behind the bar
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent guest engagement and hospitality mindset, with a focus on elevated service standards
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
