About the role
The Disputes Operations Planning Analyst will provide leadership with financial and operational analysis to support dispute resolution strategies. Partner with Finance to create forecasts and plans for dispute volumes, resolution costs and operational impacts. Monitor and report dispute performance against financial and operational plans; recommend remediation strategies for variances. Understand dispute-related KPIs and their impact on short and long-term financial performance. Develop and maintain cost models for dispute services, incorporating impacts into forecast and future plans. Provide trend, ratio and sensitivity analysis on dispute performance and financial outcomes. Create presentations and reports for SVPs and leadership, highlighting dispute performance, risks and opportunities. Evaluate new initiatives in dispute handling (ex: automation, vendor partnerships) through financial modeling and ROI analysis. Partner with project sponsors to assess post-implementation results of dispute-related initiates. Perform other duties as assigned.
