1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the beauty or dermo-cosmetic sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).
Experience creating assets for social media, retail environments, and digital campaigns.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Your mission
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating digital and printed assets (imagery, POS, social, communications, video) on the Avene and Klorane brands and ensure that these marketing assets are following brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will bring our dermo‑cosmetic brands to life by producing high‑quality assets that reflect our visual identity and support our commercial and communication objectives.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Create digital assets including social media visuals, web banners, email graphics, animations, and short-form videos.
Design print materials such as POS displays, brochures, posters, retail toolkits, and packaging adaptations.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by following Pierre Fabre's brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
Collaborate with marketing, shopper, and e-retail teams to understand campaign needs and deliver effective creative solutions.
Adapt global assets for local markets while maintaining brand integrity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
Stay up to date with design trends, digital formats, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
