Cloud & Server Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage services
• Support and maintain server environments (Windows and/or Linux)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization across cloud and server platforms
• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards
• Assist with patching, system updates, and infrastructure maintenance
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues across cloud and server environments
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support application infrastructure needs
• Assist with improving infrastructure automation and operational processes
• Required Skills & Experience
• 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations
• Hands-on experience working with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.)
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms
