Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the full product lifecycle including introduction, growth, optimisation, range rationalisation and end‑of‑life.
Drive range simplification and cost‑down initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure accuracy of product data, documentation and specifications.
Commercial Performance
Own revenue, margin and profitability for the residential heat pump portfolio.
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, value positioning and margin protection.
Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and support annual budgeting and strategy cycles.
Market, Customer & Channel Focus
Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating installer, merchant, developer and end‑user feedback.
Commission and interpret market research, customer insight and competitive analysis.
Support sales teams with product training, technical positioning and customer engagement.
Marketing & Go‑To‑Market
Work with marketing to develop compelling value propositions, launch materials and sales collateral.
Ensure sales teams and channel partners are equipped to execute effectively.

Proven experience in a Product Manager role.
Strong understanding of residential air source heat pump systems.
