Purpose Camaco LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with personnel file management and employee onboarding activities. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations and is ideal for someone interested in developing practical HR skills. We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Audit and organize employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness - Create and maintain electronic personnel records - Scan, upload, and properly file HR documents - Assist with hourly employee interviewing - Support new hire orientation for hourly employees - Maintain confidentiality and comply with HR record-keeping requirements - Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
