The Data Strategy Leader is responsible for shaping and executing the Brown & Brown Dealer Services data vision, ensuring the organization maximizes the value of its data assets. This role leads the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, drives Brown & Brown Dealer Services data strategy, and enables scalable, high-quality analytics capabilities that empower data-driven decision making across the business. How You Will Contribute: Define and maintain the Brown & Brown Dealer Services data strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the Data & Analytics initiative, establishing best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks. Partner with senior executives to identify high-value data opportunities and prioritize strategic investments. Oversee governance of data pipelines, ensuring quality, lineage, and compliance across the Brown & Brown Dealer Services ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable data models and modern data platforms. Establish Brown & Brown Dealer Services data definitions, KPIs, and metadata standards. Drive the design and deployment of dashboards, reporting suites, and self-service analytics capabilities across Brown & Brown Dealer Services. Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business needs. Promote consistent analytics methodologies across teams. Skills & Experience to be Successful: 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, data governance, or related fields. Demonstrated leadership of a Data & Analytics team or similar function. Strong technical foundation in data modeling, BI tools, and data pipeline architecture. Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills. Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) (preferred). Background in organizational transformation or large-scale data modernization (preferred). Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to Brown & Brown Dealer Services (preferred). Pay Range $140,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
