Responsibilities

  • Implement effective omnichannel CRM marketing strategies (email, app push, in-app, notification center) with an audience of millions users, aligned with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing across various channels, including Email, Web, App pushes, and in-apps.
  • Proven ability in executing and optimizing email & push marketing campaigns. Familiarity with content creation for various channels is a plus.
  • Willingness to support the development and implementation of CRM marketing strategies aligning with company-wide marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing tools and platforms such as Esputnik, Braze, Iterable, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret CRM marketing performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) to ensure compliance.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating with teams and assisting in keeping CRM campaigns on track.
  • Exposure to audience segmentation techniques and a willingness to learn and apply them in CRM campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of how email marketing integrates with CRM systems for personalized and automated campaigns.
  • Willingness to collaborate within a team and support senior professionals in achieving team targets.
  • English B2 and fluent Ukrainian/Russian
