We are seeking a Global Payroll HRIS Analyst to join our Firm. This position will be based in our White Plains NY office (hybrid). Responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement and maintenance of payroll technology globally to ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing. Troubleshoots payroll system issues, performs data audits, implements system upgrades, creates reports, and ensures system compliance with local statutory requirements across multiple countries. Acts as the liaison between Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources and system vendors to maximize system efficiency. Creates and updates payroll procedures and provides analysis of payroll operations globally. Responsible for multi-country payroll implementations and enhancements across payroll systems, ensuring compliance with local payroll statutory requirements. Designs, tests, deploys, and troubleshoots new payroll system features, standards, procedures, calculated fields, and reports, with particular focus on international offices. Responsible for troubleshooting payroll system issues for multi-country operations. Collaborates across teams to ensure seamless and efficient payroll processing. Maintains data quality and timely updates of global payroll configurations. Provides system expertise, addresses risks and issues through effective contingency plans, proper escalation; prepares project schedules, and ensures requirements are addressed during enhancements/process re-engineering. Performs Workday system analysis and consults with the technology team members and other stakeholders to offer solutions using best practices. Instrumental in the design, implementation and support of new payroll system functionality, particularly around both internal and external integrations for international offices. Provides functional support to the technical team in systems development and resolves production issues and defects reported to ensure timeliness of wage payments. Provides expertise for developing designing options and engaging with functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and future product direction. Audits payroll processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements, on an as-needed basis. Recommends system enhancements to streamline processes and create efficiencies. Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others. Manages Firm resources responsibly. Regular and reliable physical presence to work as part of a team. Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of related experience supporting payroll systems internationally
- Minimum of three years of Workday HCM experience required, including experience with APIs and integrations with Workday HCM and/or similar HCM system
