Ensure Risk strategies and assessments are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and are understood by internal and external interested parties.
Translate technical risk insights into actionable recommendations for partners to develop prioritized mitigation plans, capital investment strategies, and maintenance programs.
Develop a strategy for using analytics, machine learning, and digital tools to improve threat identification, risk ranking, and performance tracking.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and analysts through formal and informal opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with executive and non-technical collaborators through engagement meetings, presentations, and decision records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
8-10+ years of directly related experience (Integrity, Risk, and/or Operations), including progressive managerial experience.
For Canadian candidates, registered member with PEO as P. Eng in the Province of Ontario. For U.S. candidates, PE is not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to understand and communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
Strategy setting experience in the Energy industry.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and respond to technical and/or financial inquiries and changes.
Ability to effectively develop detailed knowledge of codes and standards, regulations, materials, and company policies, procedures and practices.
A Masters or a Doctorate degree is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Work covers all Enbridge Gas integrity assets.
Office environment with frequent travel for field visits, conferences, Company offices, etc. (

Salary:
Ranges from $150,000 - $200,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
Ranges from $150,000 - $200,000 CAD for Ontario Canada locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
