Position Summary... What you'll do... Do you consider yourself to be motivated and professional? If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Senior Specialist - Operations position at Walmart! Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR As a Senior Specialist - Operations, you will be working in the Walmart Contact Experience Lab where you will be taking live calls, emails, and all other communication. You will be responsible for Tier 1 partnering, identifying issues, and resolving solutions as needed. You'll make an impact by: Applying Customer Service Knowledge: Stays current on processes, tools, and policies to provide accurate and effective support to customers. Uses knowledge to resolve issues quickly, improve service delivery, and help teammates by sharing best practices and helpful tips. Supporting Process Improvements: Identifies common issues and shares feedback with leaders to improve customer experience. Participates in team discussions to find better ways of working, streamline tasks, and reduce customer pain points. Following Service Procedures: Uses established procedures and tools to complete daily tasks such as tracking orders, processing returns and supporting other service needs. Works with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are handled efficiently and correctly. Supporting Business Solutions: Communicates customer insights to help improve services and tools. Works with peers and leaders to understand changing business needs and adapt to new processes or technologies that support better service outcomes.
