What the Role Entails Application Development: Participate in the development of digital applications and automation platforms, supporting initiatives that enhance the insurance customer experience. Who We Are Looking For Academic Background: Undergraduate or Master's students majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related technical disciplines. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in at least one backend programming language or technology stack, such as Python or Java. Modern Tooling: Eager to learn and apply modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Git-based development workflows. Motivation: Strong interest in application development and process optimization, with a motivation to apply technology to solve complex business problems. Mindset: Ability to work on real production systems and collaborate effectively within a professional IT environment.
