This role requires comfort operating in an AI-augmented environment - identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and cross-team coordination. This is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence - it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams
- Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology organization
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in at least two of the following:
- Technical Program Management
- Financial services industry
- Technology or financial services consulting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling
- Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- PMP certification a plus
