Advanced Degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Engineering. Public Health, Business Administration or related Field, preferred
8-12 Years of Experience desired
Strategic Leadership : Ability to define and drive enterprise-wide sustainability goals.
Technical Expertise : Knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, TNFD, GRI) and portals (EcoVadis and TSP), GHG accounting, life cycle analysis, climate adaptation and resilience, sustainable infrastructure, and public health.
Collaboration : Skilled in working across departments and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Communication : Effective in translating complex sustainability concepts into actionable insights.
Program Management : Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and tracking KPIs.
Change Management : Ability to influence culture and behavior through education and engagement.
Executive Functioning : Advanced time management and organizational skills allowing to balance commitments to internal and external facing responsibilities.
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $130,000 with final compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand, protect and promote our empathetic, people-focused culture in all aspects of the business.
Lead the development and execution of the company's sustainability and ESG strategy.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Sustainability Community, ESG Program, and executive leadership.
Oversee sustainability planning, reporting, and performance tracking, including life cycle assessments, emissions inventories, and ESG disclosures.
Collaborate with practice leaders, project teams, and clients to embed sustainability into service delivery and innovation.
Partner with Sustainability Advisory Practice to support client sustainability engagements, including strategy development, thought leadership, and integration of advisory offerings across the organization.
Contribute to client and contract acquisition, proposal writing, cross-selling and more general business development initiatives.
Serve as Project Manager on multiple client engagements covering materiality assessments, sustainability disclosures, climate risk and resilience assessments, decarbonization plans and related activities.
Provide guidance, mentorship and professional development for early career professionals and other environmental professionals transitioning to the sustainability domain.
Facilitate internal engagement through brown bag sessions, Greenfeed posts, and sustainability challenges.
Support the identification and development of sustainability champions across practices.
Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and client engagements related to sustainability.
Monitor regulatory trends and emerging best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
