Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate to lead Vercel's M&A transactions and Vercel Ventures investments, to assist with general corporate matters, and to support corporate initiatives including any future public company readiness and SEC reporting. This role will partner closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Accounting, Equity, and executive leadership across a broad range of corporate matters to strengthen our processes, structure and execute high-impact transactions, and provide exceptional advice to the business. You will play a key role in enabling Vercel to move quickly on strategic opportunities while building the legal foundations needed to support continued growth and strong corporate governance. This role will partner closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership across a broad range of corporate legal matters, from M&A transactions and strategic investments to general corporate governance and financings. You will play a key role in building the legal foundations needed to support Vercel's continued growth while enabling the company to move quickly and decisively. You will report to the Head of Corporate Legal and will be based in San Francisco or NYC with a 3 day/week in-office requirement.
