Responsibilities

  • Support Workplace Operations
  • Help keep the office running day-to-day; supplies, logistics, and making sure things are organized and in order
  • Be a go-to resource for in-office needs and help resolve issues quickly as they come up

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks including onboarding logistics and people operations
  • Help keep documentation and processes organized as the team scales
  • General Admin & Fill-In Support
  • Back up other admin and ops team members when they're out of office or overloaded
  • Handle ad hoc tasks across the team - you're the person who figures things out when something pops up
  • Support documentation, templates, and process work as needed

Requirements

  • Early-career candidate; new grads strongly encouraged to apply
  • High energy and a genuinely positive attitude that makes the team around you better
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple things at once and switching contexts quickly
  • Events or coordination experience a plus; whether professional, academic, or extracurricular (sorority event planning, team coordination, etc. all count)
  • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)
  • Present, available, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in San Francisco or ready to relocate immediately (start date is asap)
  • Excited to be in-office and thrive in a high-ownership, high-intensity startup environment
  • Amazing tech stack and AI fluency; Notion, Slack, Claude, etc.
