Pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments! Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for outside sales opportunity. This commission based position offers: -Top reps making $80K plus Professionally designed paid sales training. -Excellent compensation opportunities, including incentive bonuses. -Pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products. -Comprehensive benefits (W-2 position). -Fuel reimbursement program. -Opportunities for growth and advancement. -Continuing training opportunities. -Company issued laptop with state of the art design software Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements: 1. Must have valid driver's license and carry required level of automobile insurance. 2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs. 3. Must be computer proficient. 4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours. 5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
