Senior Software Engineer (Python/SQL/Data Engineering) (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• As a Data Engineer, you will:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend systems
• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code using Python and SQL
• Work with large datasets to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams
• Optimize and improve existing data workflows and systems
• Contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices
• Your Profile:
• 3-8 years of experience in Data Engineering / Backend Engineering
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL (mandatory)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)
• Solid understanding of data systems and scalable architectures
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and good English proficiency
• Bonus Points:
• Experience with ClickHouse (highly preferred)
• Exposure to distributed systems and modern data architectures
• Experience with Spark (nice to have, not mandatory)
• Important Note:
• This role is strictly for Data Engineers (not Data Analysts or Data Scientists). We are looking for candidates with a strong engineering background and hands-on coding experience.
