We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Implementations Onboarding Associate to serve as the liaison and dedicated resource to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as they onboard to Vestwell's platform! In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance our onboarding experience, and provide subject matter expertise on plan design and training for Plan Sponsors as they onboard to our platform. While we're not looking for deep expertise, prior experience in client servicing, plan administration and non-discrimination testing, plan design, and/or end-to-end conversion processing for 401(k)/403(b) plans is helpful. If you don't have this prior experience, but you have unparalleled communication skills, a commitment to superior customer service, ability to adapt within a fast-paced business environment, and previous client management experience handling several clients and projects at once, we'd be delighted to connect with you! What Will You Be Doing? Primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts. Managing all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition of new plans to our platform. Coordinating with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior recordkeepers, and/or third-party administrators to determine conversion timelines, key action items, and delivery dates, as well as communicating overall project status to both external and internal stakeholders. Collaborating cross-functionally to provide support where needed and ensure the team can deliver against expected service level agreements.
