Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple RCM physician services divisions, and overall Assembly consolidation including:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Cash/bank Reconciliation
Other Assets
Accrued Liabilities
Payroll
Journal Entries
Month-end Close
KPI reporting
Treasury functions
Financial Reporting and PL Trend Analysis
Ad-hoc analyses and projects
Integration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activities, purchase price adjustments and opening balance sheet.
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to drive process improvements throughout the financial reporting process.
Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
Other tasks and projects as needed.

Incredible attention to detail. Tech-Savvy (strong ERP systems background; database knowledge helpful)
Superior organizational and prioritization skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Experience in PE-backed environment is a plus and a desire to get exposure to M&A.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA or in-progress is a plus. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Must have advanced Excel skills - i.e., pivot table, vLookup, indirect, index, etc. Hands-on experience with accounting software-Paylocity and INTACCT are highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude
Detail-oriented individuals who are team players highly self-motivated. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
