Main Responsibilities Monitor the performance and quality of assigned corporate and commercial credit portfolios in line with internal credit policies and risk criteria. Support ongoing credit reviews of existing facilities, including follow‑ups, amendments, and internal controls. Perform basic credit and financial analysis as part of recurring portfolio monitoring. Prepare recurring reports, internal analyses, and documentation related to credit exposure and portfolio health. Identify potential issues, escalate risks, and support remediation following established processes. Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Risk, Legal, and Operations / Back Office teams. Execute routine administrative and operational tasks related to credit portfolio management. Ensure timely and accurate execution of portfolio activities, meeting internal deadlines and service standards. Candidate Requirements 1-3 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, credit operations, or related banking roles. Clear interest in credit, corporate banking, and portfolio monitoring (this is not an investments role). Advanced English (daily interaction with regional and global teams). Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reconciliation). Understanding of financial statements and basic credit principles. Knowledge of Mexico's economic environment and key industries. High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership of deliverables. Comfortable working within structured, process‑driven environments. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work with manual processes.
