Responsibilities
- You will report to the Compliance Program Manager and support compliance programs
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, metrics, and data summaries using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, AI, and similar tools
- Help improve processes and monitoring through data-driven insights and automation
- Support risk assessments, control testing, responding to tickets, and compliance reviews
- Monitor regulatory changes and support assessments of business impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Risk and Operations to support compliance
- Track and follow up on remediation actions and compliance-related issues
- Maintain compliance records, documentation repositories, and supporting evidence
- Support compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Strong technical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to use data to improve processes
- Knowledge or experience using data analysis, reporting, automation, or dashboard tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly
- Interest in compliance, risk, governance, or regulated environments, with willingness to learn new tools and new areas
- Takes ownership, works proactively, and adapts quickly in a changing environment
- Preferred
- Education in, or working knowledge of, SQL queries is preferred; experience with Python is a plus
- Work-integrated learning or coursework with large data sets, dashboards, reporting, or workflow automation
- Exposure to compliance, risk, audit, or other regulated environments is helpful but not required.
