As a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist, You'll play a key role in acquiring customer vehicles, working with store leadership to connect with guests who request appraisals through KBB or our dealership websites.
Cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who've submitted online appraisals
Manage inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and DealerSocket CRM
Quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities
Partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential
Maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, with the goal of securing two-way communication and a formal appraisal appointment
Log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within DealerSocket
Support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities
Requirements
Experience in hospitality or customer service .
Sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
